德国威凯wacker扩散油ak-500，1000已用于各种塑料的注塑和母粒生产中,并赋予产品诸多功能,可很大程度上提高产品质量。
1.提高颜料的分散性，使着色更均匀，色泽更鲜艳。
2.使制品表面具有光亮性。
3.降低熔体表面黏度，降低挤出机的扭矩、挤出压力。
4.减少及消除口模积料，减少并消除熔体破裂。
5.并充当了内,外脱模剂功能.特别推荐于塑料着色,能起到润滑及清除黑点,不易混色等.可耐400℃高温.
6.该产品已通过sgs报告，可放心使用。

二、扩散油的特点及用途
主要改善颜料的分散性能，润滑性能，属于通用级颜料助剂。可实现颜料在介质中稳定分散作用，一般用量为颜料的5%-10%。对塑胶颜料分散有相当好的效果，消除因加填料引起的表面缺陷，使制品表面更加光亮、平滑。
三、包装与贮存
1.产品应贮存在清洁、干燥的塑料桶或铁桶中。
2.产品就贮存与防潮、防止阳光直接照射的厂房内，严格防止酸、碱、水等物质进入包装桶内。
3.有效贮存期为一年，常温下密封贮存，一年后检验合格后，仍可使用，本品按非危险品规定贮存。
